NETWORKING EXPO :
The Surprise Regional Chamber of Commerce and Republic Media/Arizona Woman magazine is proud to present The POWER Networking Expo. This Networking Expo offers men and women an opportunity to meet valuable contacts and get information on Arizona business products and services important to women. The Networking Expo is open from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm and is FREE to the public and Conference attendees.
Parking
There are three convenient options for parking:
1. Valet
Parking is available for a nominal $10 fee. The event valet will be
located near the conference center entrance on 95th
Avenue, just north of Maryland Avenue, just west of the building.
2. Self-Parking may be accessed inthe hotel's parking garage
for $7.
3. Complimentary Parking is available in nearby lots at Westgate
Center.

The conference is expected to draw up to 400 professional men and women. In
addition the Networking Expo is open to the public.

The Networking Expo is FREE to the public and
conference attendees.

Note: Exhibitor fees do NOT include admission to the Conference.
Booth exhibit spaces include: (1) 6' Draped Table, (2) Chairs, pipe and drape and (1) Identification Sign. Exhibit locations will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Can
I sell at the Expo?
Exhibitors may sell products and/or services in their booth by obtaining
a Glendale Business License for a small fee.
Set-up
& Teardown
Exhibitor Set-up is scheduled for the day of the event; details to follow. All
exhibitors can use the loading docks for load-in and load-out. Exhibitors may
hand carry all equipment to exhibit space. Exhibitors may not load out before
7:00 pm and must complete load-out by 9:00pm.
